Insurance

I accept various kinds of insurance. 1199, Aetna, Cigna, Optum plans – UHC, Oxford, UMR; Northwell Direct IPA for Northwell employees.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash (zelle, apple pay, venmo), checks, all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

A cancelled appointment delays our work. When you must cancel, please give me at least 24 hours notice. I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 24 hours in advance. In you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee with the exception of a serious illness or emergency.
